The house is located at the back of a courtyard/garden, away from the traffic, and partly hidden by a cherry tree. 
Ground floor : fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave oven (all the crockery is provided), living room, multi-channel cable TV, hi-fi, cloakroom and toilet.
On the first floor : the master bedroom overlooking the courtyard/garden, a second bedroom with a loft,
that can in turn be used as an extra bedroom or a study, a beautiful bathroom with bath/shower equipment + toilet 
On the top floor the third bedroom can also be turned into a study.
The house has a very spacious basement that provides a nice playground area for children. There is also a laundry corner with a washer and a dryer.
