Basically, the easiest way would be to take the train (there is a station within the airport). You have a train every 20 minutes. At the central station, you can take bus 71 (it stops just in front of the Central station, and you leave the bus at Place Fernant Cocq, which is just next to rue Souveraine). The journey will take between 5 and 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
